Welcome to IQ Dragon. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IQ Dragon website located at iqdragon.com and all services offered through it. By accessing or using the website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the website or services.

2. Nature of Services

IQ Dragon is a read-only research tool that rates mutual funds, ETFs, and index funds with a Dragon Score from 1 to 100, summarizes company earnings filings in plain language, and maps the risk in holdings that users enter themselves.

IQ Dragon provides research and analytics tools for self-directed investors. The Dragon Score rates mutual funds, ETFs, and index funds on five weighted dimensions: historical performance, risk-adjusted returns, expense efficiency, manager tenure stability, and peer-group ranking. Earnings breakdowns summarize public company filings in plain language. The portfolio view maps concentration, overlap, and volatility across holdings that you enter yourself.

IQ Dragon is read-only. It does not execute trades, hold funds or securities, connect to brokerage accounts, or ask for brokerage credentials. A free account includes up to 10 Dragon Scores a month, basic earnings summaries for S&P 500 companies, and a portfolio overview with one aggregate risk score. Premium, billed at $12 a month or $120 a year, adds unlimited Dragon Scores, full earnings breakdowns with historical comparison, scenario analysis, custom alert thresholds, and periodic portfolio health reports.

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Prices are shown before you subscribe, and you can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the period you paid for.

3. Investment Information Disclaimer

IQ Dragon is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Everything on the site and in the service, including Dragon Scores, earnings summaries, portfolio views, reports, and alerts, is informational and educational. It is not personalized investment, tax, or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. A Dragon Score describes how a fund has done against its peers on the measured dimensions; it does not predict returns, guarantee any outcome, or remove risk. All investing involves risk, including the loss of principal. You are responsible for your own investment decisions and should consider consulting a qualified professional before acting.

Scores, summaries, and portfolio views rely on public filings and third-party data that may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. IQ Dragon does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data.

4. Your Holdings and Watchlists

Holdings, watchlists, and alert thresholds are entered by you. You are responsible for their accuracy. IQ Dragon never asks for, accepts, or stores brokerage account numbers, logins, or passwords, and you should never send them to us.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the IQ Dragon website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of IQ Dragon or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from this website without prior written consent from IQ Dragon.

The IQ Dragon name and logo are trademarks of IQ Dragon. Nothing on this website grants any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of IQ Dragon.

6. SMS Messaging – Account Notifications Only

By opting in to receive SMS messages from IQ Dragon, you consent to receive account notification text messages related to your IQ Dragon account. These messages may include alerts when a fund on your watchlist crosses a threshold you set, notices that your portfolio health report is ready, notices when the Dragon Score of a fund you saved changes, billing, renewal, and payment notices, login and verification codes, and replies to your support requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

IQ Dragon does not send promotional, marketing, or advertising messages via SMS. All text messages you receive from us relate directly to your own account. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of creating an account or making a purchase.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to [INSERT SHORT CODE]. Upon receipt of your STOP message, you will be removed from all future SMS communications. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. IQ Dragon does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates may apply.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The IQ Dragon website and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. IQ Dragon does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IQ Dragon disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IQ Dragon, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

In no event shall IQ Dragon's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the website or services exceed the total amount paid by you to IQ Dragon during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website or services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.

IQ Dragon reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
