Research desks for people who invest on their own.
IQ Dragon gives everyday investors the kind of fund and filing analysis that institutional desks use, written so anyone can read it.
Purpose Why it exists
Professionals get analysts. Most investors get a search bar.
An institutional desk has analysts, data terminals, and the hours to read every prospectus and filing. A self-directed investor has a brokerage account, an evening, and a stack of documents written for lawyers.
IQ Dragon exists to close that gap. It uses the same kinds of measures and sets them out plainly, and every number says what it measures and over what period.
It is built for people who run their own portfolios and want to know where a number came from before they trust it, and for people building a first portfolio who want a method, not tips.
Method The Dragon Score in brief
One score, five weighted measures.
The Dragon Score rates a mutual fund, ETF, or index fund from 1 to 100. Each of five dimensions is scored, weighted, and added, and all five stay visible under the total. Select a segment to read it.
Historical performance, 25%
The fund's returns over time.
Example fund A scores 78 here and adds 19.5 of 25 points.
Example fund A, a fictional US large-cap index ETF, totals 71. Fees cost it the most.
